function to reveal the subtopic of the question

sometimes when I’m answering questions I don’t know which subtopic is irrelevant to me so i don’t know which subtopic to filter out. for example i’d rather answer more clinical style questions but this question came up under endocrinology and to me it’s irrelevant/low yield, but i don’t know how to avoid it
