Maybe a bit rogue but it would encourage with the streaks too - having a medical style wordle/crossword/ or a drag and drop mode (match antibiotic to infection, anatomical image to landmark/bone/organ name, gene mutation to disease, x-ray to diagnosis) to make it feel more gamified
